Matt on Malt is a company dedicated to the enjoyment of whisky, based in the heart of the Spa town of Royal Leamington Spa, in Central Warwickshire, England.

Matt on Malt Ltd is based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire – which is a convenient location in the heart of the country. Easily accessible by car or train and offering outstanding facilities.
The popularity of the town’s waters in the 19th Century led to the town’s initial growth, making tourism Leamington’s primary industry. Leamington Spa now offers a variety of hotels, bars and restaurants along side shops from some of the better-known high street stores to the independent retailers.
The ancient town of Warwick lies adjoined directly to the west of Leamington, on the opposite bank of the River Avon.

Matt on Malt can arrange and host tastings, dinners, exhibitions and other events throughout Warwickshire.

I developed my passion during and knowledge of whisky whilst working for and running some of the most prestigious wine and spirit merchants on the high street. My last job before launching Matt on Malt was as Malt Whisky Ambassador for an independent family run wine and spirit merchant in Leamington spa. I have taken malt whisky tasting to new levels.

I aim to educate, entertain and to share the enjoyment as far and as wide as possible, giving satisfaction and understanding, whilst making new friends along the way - Matt on Malt offers a consultancy service to hotels, bars and restaurants. From brand launches and training and development, to whisky list creation. I have organised tastings and other prestigious events for highly regarded establishments from provincial gastro pubs, restaurants and hotels to conference venues including Warwick University, working with Distillers such as; Springbank, Glenfarclas, Bruichladdich and Ardbeg, as well as the Independent bottlers Gordon and MacPhail from Elgin.
