Choice of Main Course:
Either; Roast chicken supreme with spring onion mash and a cider thyme jus.
Or; Pan-fried sea bass, sautéed potatoes, buttered wild Samphire and hollandaise sauce.
Or; Melt in the middle aubergine parcel with mixed leaf salad.

Choice of Puddings:
Either; Pumpkin pie with a whiskey marmalade.
Or; Melt in the middle chocolate fondant with whiskey infused cherries and ice cream.
