Expect exceptional balance between the briny mossy Hokkaido peat on the nose and the spicy oak and soft sweet character of the rum casks on the palate. One of the easiest drinking peated whiskies in the store that’s approachable yet brimming with character and finesse.

Unlike so many other pure malts from Japan, it appears that this one is fully distilled in the country to the exacting standards of Helios, rather than imported from abroad and aged in Japan.
