Talisker’s classic Skye whisky finished it in ruby port casks, rounding the edges and bringing in rich, fruit flavours, a delicious chocolate edge to the nose alongside the classic Talisker iodine-sea-spray notes. Early in 2013, we saw the release of this exciting Talisker Port Ruighe, matured in Cockburn’s Port Casks.
