Matt’s Notes:

Notes of marmalade and seaweed with some shades of shortbread and cereal maltiness. The palate is full with a well-balanced sweetness, notes of stewed apple, calvados and chewy oak tannins. The charred wood notes develop into a gently glowing ember. The finish has a punchy coastal overtone.
