Bottled at 43%, an independent bottling from Scotland’s most Southerly distillery. Matured in RefillSherry Casks. Lavender with citrus fruit notes. Delicate malty, cereal aromas emerge. The palate is sweet, floral with notes of dried grass. The finish is soft and smooth with good cereal flavours and hints of cedar wood.
