Matt’s Notes:
The Arran Machrie Moor Second Edition is named after an ancient peat bog, Machrie Moor on the west coast of the Isle of Arran. A windswept and mystical landscape strewn with Bronze age stone circles and standing stones.
Arran Machrie Moor is a peated expression of the Arran Single Malt which perfectly captures the legendary beauty and lore of the landscape.
Aromas of peat and burnt orange with estuary notes with pear drops and shortbread biscuits on the palate. The finish brings even more peat and a refreshing Atlantic breeze.
